What PieGP is

PieGP is a RuneScape gold-selling platform originally operating under PIEGP INC (US S-Corporation, EIN 47-4452491), incorporated in California on July 6, 2015. In 2017, the company generated $1,232,909 in gross revenue from virtual goods resale, with cost of goods sold of $1,141,237 (primarily merchant account fees and RuneScape gold purchases). The company was later restructured under a Seychelles holding company.
In April 2020, the operating structure was moved offshore: PartyHat Trading Limited (Seychelles IBC, Reg 220050, incorporated April 14, 2020) became the primary vehicle, with Felix Romer holding 75,000 shares (75%), James Wilkinson holding 20,000 shares (20%), and Isaac Arch holding 5,000 shares (5%). PartyHat wholly owns a Cyprus subsidiary, Statpoint Support Services Limited (HE 410270, incorporated June 19, 2020), which was the operational entity for financial services purposes.

What Jamie did

James (Jamie) Wilkinson was the company manager — the operational person on the ground responsible for running the day-to-day business, holding account credentials, managing payment processors, and interfacing with service providers. At some point, he stopped responding to Felix and Isaac entirely, going silent and failing to cooperate with any requests for account access, financial information, or company documents.
The working theory is that Jamie is attempting to abscond with company assets — including the ZEN payment account, the piegp.com domain, platform accounts, customer data, and potentially accumulated funds. He holds 20% of the company but has effectively locked the majority owners out of their own business accounts. The legal mechanism being pursued is to use the documented corporate structure (all apostilled and legally registered) to force compliance or obtain a judgment.

The agreement structure (Isaac & Felix)

On March 26, 2026, Isaac, Felix, and Barry (Felix's assistant, witness) had a three-way call that established the framework for two linked agreements:
Part 1 — PieGP Asset Transfer: Felix transfers the piegp.com domain, business name, source code, all accounts, customer data, financial records, and third-party contracts to Isaac. Felix warrants full authority and includes a non-compete clause. Technical transfers to be completed within X days of signing.
Part 2 — Litigation Funding & Recovery: Felix funds 100% of legal costs to pursue and locate Jamie. Isaac contributes labor (evidence gathering, document prep, lawyer liaison). Any recovery is split 50/50 after legal costs are deducted off the top. The 50/50 split survives any relationship breakdown. Neither owes the other if the lawsuit fails. Isaac is to be named as co-client with Felix's lawyers.
As of March 30, the lawyers are drafting both the letter to James Wilkinson and the Isaac/Felix agreement. Barry is following up with them today. Isaac sent a detailed agreement advisory briefing directly into the Google Meet. Barry will sign as witness.

ZEN account status

ZEN is a financial services / payment provider that PieGP had a business account with. The account is registered under James Wilkinson for piegp.com. Felix wants to recover access to this account. Isaac submitted a formal recovery request to ZEN support on March 27, 2026, referencing Burak Akçay (ZEN contact) as the referral. ZEN support requires the recovery request to come from the email originally used to create the account — which is unknown and was likely Jamie's personal email.
As of March 30, Barry is working on pulling updated shareholder documents to prove ownership. His last message (cut off): "we need updated documents - proving that we are shareholders, then we..." — indicating they plan to go around the email requirement using corporate ownership proof. The Seychelles corporate pack (apostilled) is the document set to send.

Current open blockers

1. ZEN email: Need to identify what email was used to register the ZEN account — Felix or Jamie. Barry is checking with Felix. If it was Jamie's, need an alternative recovery pathway using corporate ownership docs.
2. Jamie's location: Last known address is Gainsborough, Lincolnshire (85 Stanley Street, DN21 1DT) — from 2020 corporate docs. May have moved. Active OSINT leads: Steam ID "JayIsBored", alias "Exim", Telegram phone number (from Barry's March 7 message — obfuscated in export, pull from your own chat). Barry has been running his own OSINT investigation and says a 1-hour joint session would be more effective than 3 hours solo.
3. Agreement not yet signed: Lawyers still drafting as of March 30. Isaac's position is unprotected until signed. Keep logging work hours now to establish labor contribution record.
4. Isaac's co-client status: Must be formally confirmed in the engagement letter. Until then, Felix's lawyers are technically not Isaac's lawyers — potential conflict of interest.

Description
ZEN account recovery — action plan
Step-by-step: exactly what Isaac and Barry must do, in order
Steps 1–3 and 5 are Isaac/Barry actions. Steps 4, 6, 7 are lawyer tasks Isaac coordinates. Steps 8–9 are follow-up and parallel tracks.
Before anything else: confirm four things with Felix (Step 1). His answers determine whether you need the full escalation or just a simple support fix.
Why we can recover without Jamie's email
The blocker
ZEN's support team uses an email-match rule. If Jamie's personal email was used to create the account, we cannot use that pathway.
Why it doesn't matter
That rule is a front-line support policy — not a legal position. ZEN's compliance and legal teams operate under KYC/AML regulations that require them to respond to documented Director assertions of corporate account ownership.
Our position
Felix Romer is the Director and 75% beneficial owner of PartyHat Trading Limited — the company that holds the ZEN account. Jamie was a company manager (agent). He cannot personally own a corporate account. Any account he created for PieGP is company property.
ZEN's exposure
If ZEN ignores a formal Director assertion with apostilled registry documents, they may be facilitating financial crime. That is their regulatory exposure, not ours.
The solution
Felix's lawyers send a formal Director assertion letter + full apostilled corporate pack directly to ZEN's compliance/legal team — NOT the support desk. This document tells you exactly how.
STEP 1
TODAY — CONFIRM FIRST
YOUR ACTION
Confirm four things with Felix before anything goes to ZEN
Did Felix have any involvement in creating the ZEN account?
If yes, which email? If it was his email → the support pathway works immediately, no lawyer needed.
Does Felix have access to the piegp.com domain registrar?
If yes → fastest alternative proof. Login and screenshot showing Felix's name and domain control.
Has Felix ever received any emails from ZEN?
Statements, welcome emails, notifications? That email address may be listed as a secondary contact on the account.
Does Barry have any ZEN correspondence from Felix?
Any email, screenshot, or document connecting a Felix email to the ZEN account is useful.
STEP 2
TODAY — YOUR ACTION
YOUR ACTION
Pull Jamie's email address from your Telegram
Barry shared Jamie's email and phone on March 7, 2026
These were obfuscated in the HTML export. Open Telegram app now → find Barry's March 7 message → copy the email and phone number.
Jamie's email may be the ZEN registration email
The most direct path. Even if you can't use it for recovery, knowing the email gives lawyers something to reference and is intelligence for the investigation.
Search the email across platforms
OSINT value — search Jamie's email on HaveIBeenPwned, social platforms, Sythe.org, RuneScape forums.
STEP 3
TODAY/TOMORROW — YOUR ACTION

STEP 4
THIS WEEK — LAWYER TASK
LAWYER TASK
Engage a lawyer — specifically an international commercial lawyer
Fastest option
Felix's South African lawyer (already knows the background, Barry has the relationship). Ask Barry to get them on a call this week.
Second option
UK commercial solicitor with financial services regulatory experience. UK letterhead carries weight and Jamie is UK-based.
Third option
Maltese or Lithuanian lawyer if ZEN is licensed there — local jurisdiction carries extra weight with their compliance team.
Who pays
Felix — confirm he is engaging this lawyer or authorising Isaac to engage on his behalf for this specific matter.
Turnaround
Estimated 1–2 days for lawyer to draft the letter once briefed. Use Section Lawyer Briefing tab to brief them.
STEP 5
THIS WEEK — YOUR ACTION
YOUR ACTION
Find ZEN's compliance / legal team contact — NOT support@zen.com
Check ZEN's website for compliance/legal contact
Look in Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Regulatory Disclosures, or AML pages. Search: site:zen.com compliance | site:zen.com legal
Call ZEN's main number — ask for compliance department
Say: "I need to send a formal corporate Director assertion letter regarding a business account dispute. Can you connect me to your compliance or legal team and give me their direct email?"
Ask Burak directly
"Can you give me the contact details for ZEN's compliance or legal team? We need to send a formal corporate Director assertion letter — this is beyond what the support desk can handle."
Check EU payment institutions register
eba.europa.eu/payment-institutions — search ZEN to find their exact regulator. This also tells you who to threaten a complaint to if needed.
STEP 6
LAWYER TASK
LAWYER TASK
Lawyer sends formal Director assertion letter to ZEN compliance
Asserts Felix's directorial authority over the ZEN account
On law firm letterhead. References all enclosed documents. Demands response within 14 business days.
Full document package attached as exhibits
Everything from Step 3. Do not send partial documentation.
References ZEN's KYC/AML regulatory obligations
Compliance teams understand this language. Support teams do not. This is why the letter must go to compliance.
Isaac copied on all correspondence
Isaac is co-client on this matter under the Isaac/Felix agreement.
STEP 7
LAWYER TASK
LAWYER TASK
Lawyer confirms Isaac as co-client in writing
Written confirmation — even a simple email to Felix suffices
Confirms Isaac Arch is a co-client on the ZEN matter and is authorized to communicate directly with counsel.
Isaac does not pay legal fees
That obligation belongs to Felix under the agreement. Confirm this is understood by the lawyer.
STEP 8
5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SUBMISSION
ESCALATION
Follow up if no response — increase regulatory pressure
Lawyer sends follow-up referencing regulatory obligations
States delay is being documented. Warns that continued non-response will be treated as a refusal and regulatory complaints filed.
Escalation ladder if ZEN refuses
Level 1: compliance letter → Level 2: regulatory complaint threat → Level 3: file complaint with ZEN's supervising regulator → Level 4: court order for account transfer.
STEP 9
PARALLEL TRACK — DO REGARDLESS
PARALLEL
Domain verification — run while lawyer process is underway
If Felix has registrar access to piegp.com
Screenshot showing account name, domain, and control. Powerful standalone evidence. ZEN may use this as alternative verification.
If Felix does NOT have registrar access
Add to account recovery list. Include in lawyer letter as additional evidence of Jamie's unauthorized retention of company assets.
WHOIS lookup piegp.com
Shows registrar even if privacy-protected. The registrar can be approached separately for ownership verification.
On the 2020 apostille documents — are they sufficient?
Legal answer
Yes. An apostille does not expire under the Hague Convention (5 October 1961). The 2020 apostilles are legally valid instruments indefinitely.
Practical risk
Some financial institutions have internal house rules requiring documents within 3–12 months. This is not a legal requirement — it's their policy.
Strategy
Send what we have. Do not pre-emptively apologise for the date. Let ZEN raise it first. If they do, order fresh Certificates of Good Standing from the Seychelles and Cyprus registries — takes 3–7 days, costs under $800 total.
Key argument
The documents confirm facts that haven't changed. Felix is still the Director. The company is still registered. A 2020 apostille confirming those facts is just as valid as one from today.
Lawyer briefing
Everything counsel needs to act immediately — hand this tab to the lawyer along with the document package
Start with Felix's South African lawyer — they know the background, trust is established, Barry has the relationship. If they can't draft the ZEN letter, ask them to recommend someone who can.
What type of lawyer — qualifications in order of priority
✔ Must have
International commercial / corporate law experience. Must understand offshore structures (Seychelles IBCs, Cyprus companies) and apostilled documents.
✔ Must have
Financial services regulatory experience. Must know how to reference KYC/AML obligations. Compliance teams respond differently to lawyers who speak their regulatory language.
✔ Must have
Experience with disputed corporate account access. Situations where an agent/employee has retained control of company accounts.
✓ Helpful
Cross-border / multi-jurisdiction experience. ZEN is European, PartyHat is Seychelles, Statpoint is Cyprus.
✓ Helpful
Familiarity with payment service providers (PSPs). ZEN is a regulated PSP — lawyers who've dealt with payment institutions know the internal compliance structure.

Support ticket
Submitted March 27, 2026 by Isaac Arch — referred to support@zen.com. Support requires recovery from original email — which we do not control.
The problem and objective
Wilkinson status
Unresponsive — believed to be retaining company assets without authority. Subject of active legal proceedings.
Recovery blocker
ZEN support requires request from original registration email — we do not control it. This is a support-level policy, not a legal requirement.
Our legal position
Felix Romer as Director has authority over all company accounts under the constitutive documents. Jamie was a company manager (agent) with no personal ownership of company accounts.
Primary objective
Transfer ZEN account control to Felix Romer or a new email address he designates
Secondary objective
Establish documented record of Director assertion for use in ongoing litigation against Wilkinson
Urgency
High — account may contain or be processing company funds
What we need counsel to do
Draft and send a formal Director assertion letter to ZEN's compliance/legal department
On law firm letterhead. NOT to support@zen.com. Addressed to "Head of Compliance" or "Legal Department" at ZEN's registered legal address.
Attach the full document package as exhibits
Apostilled Certificate of Incorporation, Director's Resolution, Register of Beneficial Owners, Register of Members, Felix's passport, domain proof, ZEN correspondence. See the accounts tab for full list.
Demand transfer of account control within 14 business days
Transfer to Felix Romer or an email address he designates upon verification of documents.
Reference ZEN's KYC/AML regulatory obligations
They are required under financial services regulation to maintain accurate beneficial ownership records. Continued facilitation of an unauthorized party's control of a corporate account may constitute a regulatory breach.
Confirm Isaac Arch is a co-client in writing to both Isaac and Felix
Isaac is authorized to communicate directly with counsel. Isaac does not pay legal fees — that is Felix's obligation.
Follow up within 5 business days if no ZEN response
Second letter increasing regulatory pressure, referencing supervising authority (Bank of Lithuania or MFSA depending on ZEN's licence), and warning that non-response will be documented for complaint purposes.
Formal letter — structure (lawyer rewrites on firm letterhead)
Addressee
ZEN — Compliance Department / Legal Team. [Registered legal address]. Also by email to: [ZEN compliance/legal email — identify first].
Opening — identify the parties
"We act for Felix Romer, Director and 75% beneficial owner of PartyHat Trading Limited (Seychelles IBC, Reg 220050), which operates piegp.com. This letter concerns the ZEN business account registered under James Wilkinson in connection with piegp.com."
Background
"James Wilkinson was employed as company manager and opened the Account in his capacity as agent of the Company. He is a minority shareholder (20%) with no independent authority over company accounts. Mr Wilkinson has ceased to cooperate, is unresponsive, and is the subject of active legal proceedings regarding unauthorized retention of company assets."
The demand
"We hereby formally assert, on behalf of Felix Romer as Director, that the Account is a company asset of PartyHat Trading Limited and demand that ZEN transfer account control to Felix Romer or an email address he designates. Response required within 14 business days."
Regulatory obligations paragraph
"As a regulated financial services provider, ZEN is subject to KYC/AML requirements including maintaining accurate beneficial ownership records. Continued maintenance of the Account under the unauthorized control of a former manager — in the face of a documented Director assertion — may constitute a breach of ZEN's regulatory obligations. We reserve the right to report this matter to ZEN's supervising authority if a satisfactory response is not received."
Closing + enclosures list
Signed by the law firm on behalf of Felix Romer / PartyHat Trading Limited. List all enclosed exhibits by name.
Escalation path if ZEN refuses
Level 1
Compliance letter (this step). Expected resolution: 2–4 weeks.
Level 2
Regulatory complaint threat in follow-up letter. Reference ZEN's supervising authority by name (check eba.europa.eu/payment-institutions for exact regulator).
Level 3
File formal complaint with ZEN's supervising regulator. Real consequences for their operating licence. Often resolves at this stage.
Level 4
Court order requiring ZEN to transfer the account. Expensive and slow — but the threat alone is powerful and the legal basis is strong.
Level 5
Join ZEN to litigation against Jamie if they continue to facilitate his unauthorized control after formal notice.
